How will I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will greet you at the passenger exit gate of Antalya (AYT) or Gazipaşa (GZP) airport with a sign bearing your name. In case of any difficulty finding each other in the crowd, our driver's contact number will be sent to you via SMS/WhatsApp before the transfer.

Will I pay an extra fee if my flight is delayed?

Absolutely not. Thanks to your flight code (e.g. TK2410) requested during reservation, we track your flight's landing time instantly via radar. No matter how much your flight is delayed, our vehicle will be waiting for you without any extra charges.

Are baby/child seats available in the vehicles?

Yes, the safety of our little guests is very important to us. If you specify it in the "Special Requests" section when filling out the reservation form, a baby or child seat suitable for the age group is provided free of charge in our vehicles.

How and when can I make the payment?

We do not request prepayment or credit card information. You can pay in cash (TL, Euro, USD, or GBP) directly to our driver after reaching your hotel safely and comfortably.
